AI Knowledge Assistant

Designed and implemented an AI-powered knowledge assistant that helps employees quickly locate policies, procedures, job aids, and training resources. The solution demonstrates how generative AI can improve self-service support, knowledge management, and workplace learning at enterprise scale.
